Another meeting for an upcoming opportunity. Work has been picking up, which for some of you who have followed my journey as a freelancer through the ups and downs will know it’s pretty exciting. I’m thankful. 😀
Even through the times that are hard, which for me is now, it’s important to not worry about myself. Money isn’t as important as I would like to make it out to be.
This is a view from an office I visited for a meeting that overlooks Seattle. It was a gloomy day, but I’ve grown to enjoy days like this.
Well, it’s Friday! How are things with you? How was your week? How are you? Respond with real answers below so we can keep the conversation going.Originally posted on Instagram: http://bit.ly/1f7FGpd on March 07, 2014 at 11:15AM.willfosterphoto.com
Taking the metro has become one of my favorite ways to get around this town. Sure, I have a car, but on the bus I get to disconnect and just arrive where I need to be.
Then there’s the opportunity for people watching. We’ve all had our interesting stories of terror and laughter! What’s yours?Originally posted on Instagram: http://bit.ly/1f49djr on March 06, 2014 at 06:31PM.willfosterphoto.com

One benefit to a dog is that you get mindless entertainment while they play in the freezing water. Samson is shameless. No matter the weather, he is determined to get into the water. Anything I could throw, he would bring back to me. A trooper!Originally posted on Instagram: http://bit.ly/1hTFPLx on March 02, 2014 at 10:05AM.willfosterphoto.com
Late nights make for good mornings! This is from a few nights ago at King’s hardware in Ballard. I love the interior of this place. It’s dark, nostalgic and people are just happy here. If you haven’t been and you’re of age (21+) let’s go and get the after school special! #seattlefoodOriginally posted on Instagram: http://bit.ly/1epVinE on February 27, 2014 at 08:11AM.willfosterphoto.com

Mourning routine, earlier today. An AeroPress ready to start brewing. I have learned a lot about coffee through experimenting and conversations. What’s your favorite coffee? How do you prefer to brew it?Originally posted on Instagram: http://bit.ly/1ex4XUL on February 26, 2014 at 12:58PM.willfosterphoto.com
So thankful for our little community. You all have been such an encouragement to me especially this last week with my presentation. Which all went really well according to the visitors. They appreciated the way I shared my work. I wish you all could have attended.Originally posted on Instagram: http://bit.ly/1k5quc2 on February 24, 2014 at 12:05PM.willfosterphoto.com
I’m a bit nervous. You may not know why, but it’s because I’m presenting tomorrow in front of a group of people my work as a photographer and videographer. Maybe I’m also a bit excited too! Maybe that’s what this is? Anyway, if you are in the NW and free tomorrow evening it would be a true blessing for you to participate in my first speaking engagement. First for everything right? I’m going to be showing my very first video reel too! Link is on my profile for more information, or just ask me here in a comment.Originally posted on Instagram: http://bit.ly/1eTyaJj on February 19, 2014 at 02:30PM.willfosterphoto.com
This week, I get the absolute privilege to share the stage this Thursday, February 20th, with Milton. We are being hosted by @makersspace for their series event called “Meet The Makers” that showcases people that work out of their space. This time around, they’ve chosen to feature both Milton and I in a joint event. We will be sharing some of our personal work and some of our client work.
Milton is a graphic designer from Brooklyn now living in Seattle. You may know him as Ohmega Watts or have seen him DJ at numerous clubs around town such as LoFi and Havana. He’s also familiar behind the camera, and has become a good friend of mine since we met at Makers. Be sure to check out his feed.
The Event is this Thursday, February 20th, and is free if you RSVP now! More information on how to RSVP at the Eventbrite event page. The link is on my IG account profile.
Hope to see everyone from the NW there.Originally posted on Instagram: http://bit.ly/1e4HBps on February 18, 2014 at 10:42AM.willfosterphoto.com
Sorry I’ve been so absent from @instagram this week. I’m preparing for an event this week that will be showcasing my work. Late night searching through some old photos I found this photo of @benschuyler from a day camping trip last summer. I’m finding all sorts of interesting old photos that never saw the light (and some of which will never). I love the darkness but sincerity of this photo. .
Wait, what event you ask? Well, I am a maker at @makersspace and they are featuring @brokin_nglish and myself this Thursday for their February edition of “MEET THE MAKERS.” I am blessed and honored to share the stage with my friend and colleague Milton.
I’m hoping that my friends in Seattle will join and support Milton and I. The event is free and drinks will be provided. More information on my profile link. Please RSVP if you want to come.
See you there NW!Originally posted on Instagram: http://bit.ly/1c0jEzA on February 17, 2014 at 10:39PM.willfosterphoto.com

Another photo from my wanderings in the snow on Sunday. Busy week ahead of me. I have a presentation to prepare for and a web page to finish by the end of the week. How about you? Any big plans this week?Originally posted on Instagram: http://bit.ly/1lqF278 on February 10, 2014 at 11:42AM.willfosterphoto.com
It snowed last night and made for a very delightful afternoon walk. What did you do today?Originally posted on Instagram: http://bit.ly/1cmeRsg on February 09, 2014 at 06:04PM.willfosterphoto.com
Say hi to @iamdevondennis and his matching pants. Good friends can be hard to find, since day one of knowing Devon he has been one of the most honest people I know. I’m excited for how things unravel in Devon’s life for God’s glory. It may not have been easy, and never will be. I’m proud of him for standing tall by trusting Jesus and to be loved by Jesus. We are all still learning.Originally posted on Instagram: http://bit.ly/1bBURBN on February 09, 2014 at 09:54AM.willfosterphoto.com
